Ran pilots for Cursor and Claude Code across engineering teams. Built prototypes that proved where AI accelerates delivery and where it doesn't.

Took multiple products from concept through GA. Managed hiring budgets, ran agile delivery, and grew engineers into tech leads along the way.

Five years building compliance and reporting systems for a global education platform serving 100M+ users.

CRDC Data Collection Platform

Built the Civil Rights Data Collection as a platform solution that scaled across all US states, including customization on a per state level.

PASI Integration

Built the integration with the Province of Alberta's student information system, connecting PowerSchool to provincial government reporting.

State Reporting

Developed state reporting systems across multiple states, handling the compliance requirements that school districts rely on to get funding.
